SETTING UP
Starting your Pure Cash Tracker journey

1. Welcome Page
Welcome to Pure Cash Tracker! Your journey starts here. Click next and you'll be asked to input the details of your business as you would like them to appear on your invoices.
All details are optional, and any details you don't input can be updated or changed later.

2. Country Selection
The first step is to choose the country your business operates in. There is no difference is how Pure Cash Tracker functions based on country, the main differences are localisations such as currency sign and bank account terminology.
Once you've selected a country press next to be taken to the next screen.

3. Business Name & Registration
Enter the name of your business as you would like it to appear on your invoice. You can also enter your business number or VAT registration number if you have one.
Once the information has been input press next to go to the next screen.

4. Banking Details
There are four fields that you can input into the banking details:

Bank Name (name of the bank the account is with)

BSB/Routing Number/Sort Code
-
Account Number
-
Account Name (name of the holder of the account)
Once the information has been input press next to go to the next screen.

5. Address Details
Input the physical address of your business if it has one. The available fields are:

Address Lines 1, 2 and 3
-
City/Suburb/Town
-
State/Territory/Province
-
Post/Zip Code
-
Country
Once you have input the information you need press next.

6. Email Details
Input the email address of your business if it has one. The available fields are:

Email contact name to address the email to
-
Email address
Once you have input the information you need press next.

7. Phone Details
Input the phone number of your business if it has one. The available fields are:

Phone contact name
-
Phone number
Once you have input the information you need press next.

8. Sales Tax Information
If your business collects taxes (for example VAT or GST) on your sales to pay to the tax authorities, you will need to tell Pure Cash Tracker the following:
-
The name of the Sales Tax (for example Value Added Tax or Goods and Services Tax)
-
The acronym you want appearing on your invoice (for example VAT or GST)
-
The percentage rate of the income tax (for example 10% or 15%)
Once you have input the information you need press next.

9. Logo Image
If you have a logo for your business that you want to appear on your invoices you can load the logo into the app from this screen. Press on the blue plus icon and Pure Cash Tracker will open your devices photo library so that you can select the image you want.
If you do not have the image on your device or available at the time, you can always load your logo into Pure Cash Tracker later.
Once you have loaded your logo or to skip this step press next.

10. Review
While you can change your businesses details at any time in the settings of Pure Cash Tracker, this screen gives you a chance to review the details you've input and go back and change anything if the details are incorrect.
Once you are satisfied with the details you input, press the Done button.

11. Home Screen
Congratulations!
You've finished setting up Pure Cash Tracker. Your automatic 31 day free trial begins once you press "Done" on the previous screen, there's no further sign up required. Once your trial is over if you wish to continue using Pure Cash Tracker you will be prompted to subscribe.
Your small business journey starts here. You can begin adding customers and suppliers and invoicing straight away.
